"Time seems to have stood still at Papazian's"

This poor 3135 has certainly seen better days. Several incorrect screws & the wrong ratchet wheel. Based on other wear marks, I'd hazard a number of pivots are worn, the axle for the oscillating weight is shot, & it's no longer holding power very well.
